Shark in the Park

The children have been showing great interest in a new book that we have bought at the setting called Shark in the Park. I am sure that you have probably heard your children talking about the book. The children have been incorporating it into their play, we have been making telescopes, looking in our garden at what can be seen through them and reading the book. We have also been using supervised access to the internet to look at the story in different ways .

Shark in the Park by Nick Sharratt

Down at the park, a little boy is testing out his brand new toy.

Timothy Pope, Timothy Pop is looking through his telescope.

He looks at the Sky. He looks at the ground. He looks left and right. He looks all around.

And this is what he sees. FullSizeRender

What a nasty surprise! In his loudest voice Timothy cries,

THERE'S A SHARK IN THE PARK.

If you want to hear the rest of the story maybe you can come along to book start corner. Tuesday 19th August at 0930
