Fun in the First Snow!

prints in the snow

Children have been practicing their nativity play for couple of weeks now. However, it can get hard to get excited about Christmas if the weather out there is gloomy, rainy and not at all wintery.

That changed today when it started to snow at around 7:00 am. I guess motorists were not that happy about the change. The children on the other hand were beside themselves. They went out, had a great run around, made snow balls, jumped in the snow and made cool foot and hand prints.

Wintery fun continued inside as well. Children were creating funky snow flakes or wintery decorations for our pre-school room.
