We would like to wish you a very Happy New Year!
We can’t wait to get back to the normal daily routine and we organised many fun activities for children in our setting.
Our toddlers will be having fun developing their social and emotional part of themselves. We will be working closely on developing childrens ideas and their play making sure they not only have fun but they learn through having fun too. We will be reading stories and play games that will draw children attention to their feelings. We will be asking them questions if they are happy or sad. And if they are sad, what would cheer them up. We won’t be missing out on messy play either. Water and paint will be ready for them every day.
Babies will be playing in the tunnels and tents this week. We will be helping them to crawl and walk and climb too. We will be playing with balls and will see if they can catch the ball. Messy play is always popular, we will be making marks with paint and shaving foam as well.
Pre-schoolers will be exploring textures this week. They will be singing lots of songs maybe they will have a dance or two too. We are also looking forward to creating sounds with our lovely new musical instruments.
