Is Your Child Ready for School?

EYFS Principles

Don’t forget to book your place, this is one off opportunity to hear unswers to all you questions and uncertainties. Can you afford not to know!

Meet Magdalena for Q&A in February 12th, at 6:00pm in our Gillingham nursery.
Before you come, please register your interest with Jenni or Magdalena either by e-mail or in person when you drop your child off.

January is the traditional time for parents to start worrying about their child’s smooth transition to their chosen school. We all know that children look forward to the big school starting. They don’t worry about being ready, they trust us to know what we need to do.

As a parent, it is easy to over or underestimate what children need to know before they start. But mostly we worry because we don’t really know what is important and what we can ignore.

We will have a parent evening on the 12/02/2013 when Magdalena will explain what to do, what not to do, what is the EYFS and advantages and disadvantages of moving your child into a pre-school. What is the difference between pre-school and day care nursery? Day care – versus sessional care…
