Pancake Day!

pancakes

Who needs a Valentines day when we can have so much fun with pancake day! Our children – across the whole nursery had lots of fun decorating their own individual pancakes. We spoke about what we do and how we eat pancakes. Stephanie (she is from Canada) loves her pancakes with maple syrup. Lots of our British children like their pancakes with lemon and sugar and some of the Eastern European children eat their pancakes with strawberry jam. (Hey, don’t knock it until you tried it).

We also heard that some of the children had pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner today! Lucky them… Have you had a chance to eat a pancake today?
