Another week has gone by already. Time really flies when your having fun. This week, babies will be making marks with paper and brushes to encourage mark making, role playing with their baby dolls and having a picnic with their teddies . They will also be using large movements to move the toy cars around the tuff tray around the roads and shops. They’ll also be making lots of noise by copying animal sounds.
Jungle room will be continuing with their Space learning project using the flying saucers they made last week to use as props while singing the flying spaceman song. I’m sure they will sing it to you if you ask them and then you won’t be able to get it out of your head. They will also be playing Space Snap, decorating eggs and making galaxy crunch which sounds rather nice.
Castle room will be continuing their summer learning project, they will have shaving foam and glitter and sprinkles to make pretend ice creams, making summer landscapes through mark making.
They will be playing hide the boat and given positional clues to take turns in finding it and making sun catchers to hang in the garden. So fingers crossed for no more rain.
