Pre-School Nativity Concert

It was a very exciting day. So much has happened, I don’t know where the time went.

As soon as I arrived to the nursery, I asked my “girls” to say few words on our “exciting” first video update of the week. I am so proud of them! They had to overcome shyness and fear of being ridiculed for doing a video.

Some Christmas Biscuits

But when they finally stuck their teeth into it, I think they enjoyed it. Certainly, they looked very excited and wanted to see the video on YouTube as soon as I uploaded it. I can’t wait for our next week’s update; I just hope I won’t have to bribe them push them into it as much as I had to do this week. 🙂

As soon as the videos were finished, parents started arriving for the Pre-School Nativity concert. It was our first concert, everybody was very excited, especially all our children. The children wore head props they made themselves, I wonder sometimes why we chose Christmas pudding as a head decoration but since “Christmas Pudding” was our children’s favourite song, it probably made sense.

So many parents and grandparents turned up and so many children would not sing. (We did practice a lot, though.) Most, however, stayed where they were supposed to stay and we even had one little boy singing on his own. Very quietly but mum swears she heard him.

Sue, our Pre-School supervisor baked christmas biscuits and mince pies, it must be Christmas! Can’t wait for next year!
