Room Changes at Gillingham Nursery

I’m Claire from Jungle room and I’m Steph from Preschool, today we are going to talk about the room move that we have made. We now have a Jungle room and a Preschool room working as one unit. So that means that we have free flow throughout the day, so the children can move between Jungle, Preschool and even outside. Learning is still our main priority and that has not changed at all. We are making transitions easier for the children with the combining of the rooms. Steph is going to talk about the reactions that we have had. So far the reactions have been very positive both from the parents and the children, they seem very happy and very relaxed and as you can hear they are busy all day long. It has been hectic and we understand that but we are trying to get everything going so that everyone is happy and that is the main thing. The parents are very positive and we thank you for that, very patient as well; however the main thing is that the children love it because they have been able to go from room to room. The really good points are that the children are able to mix with all the different staff and most importantly meet new friends. So far So good thanks again for all your support. Hi I’m Kelly I’m the baby room supervisor, first of all I would like to thank you for all the support you have given to the changes in the rooms the babies are really enjoying the new room and love the new staff. We have had great time decorating our boards with the under the sea theme. I really look forward to working with you.
