Spring Activities

Spring Activities

We had so much fun last week! But this week is going to be even better than the last.

Spring is upon us, certainly, the weather is getting warmer so we will start exploring all the things that grow. We will learn about plants, seeds, trees, and what happens to them when the weather warms up. We will also talk about animals and birds – what do we call their young ones and why do they have babies in the spring and not in other parts of the year?

Our two-year-old classroom will be exploring all things science. We will play with shadows, we will make a volcano out of baking soda and vinegar, we will explore magnets and play with magnetic toys.

And, if that’s not enough, we will be playing with toys that float and sink, we will also be measuring water, rice pasta and compare volumes of different materials.
