This week throughout the nursery, the children have been celebrating Chinese New Year. They have made lanterns, explored some new foods and made rabbits pictures.
In jungle room, they also explored their emotions. This the nursery is taking part in story telling week.
Babies will explore the three little pigs and very hungry caterpillar. They will have sensory play with some foods from the very hungry caterpillar. Jungle children will explore shark in the park and shark in the dark based on the children’s interests. They will make telescopes and a story board.
In preschool the children will explore a variety of stories and talk about what may happen next. They will learn some sign language based on books and start work on a story board display. We hope you all have a fantastic week. See you soon!
