Week Ahead! 26-11-2012

Toddlers this week are going to be concentrating on mark making. Kids love all the messy activities so we are hoping to get them talking a bit more. A lot of our toddlers are just at the stage when they are starting to talk and we are hoping to encourage their speech by describing all that they are doing.

Independence is the word of the week among our pre-school children. We will be helping them to learn how to dress independently, put their own shoes on and so on. Our letter of the week is “G”, colour of the week is Brown and shape of the week is crescent.

Babies will be decorating their room for christmas. They will be using mark making tools to help their eye and hand coordination. Singing will be dominating this week as we all love Christmas songs in our baby room. Messy play won’t be missing either.
