Week Ahead – 16-07-2012

Pre-school children will continue their sports week activities as they are really enjoying them. We will continue to develop their independence by encouraging them to butter their own crackers and prepare their own snacks. We will also concentrate on fine motor skills so many activities such as threading and play dough will be available every day of the week.
Shape of the week is square, colour of the week is blue and letter of the week is “e”.
Toddlers – Will be exploring this week, we will try to go out to the garden in between the showers and rain. 🙂
Babies– will be problem solving, reason and we will try and concentrate on their numeracy. We will be sorting shapes and try and match them with correct holes. Size will be practiced with sand and different shapes and sizes of containers. We will be counting from
