This week is an Easter Week in the Jungle room. We are preparing Easter Cards, we will be decorating eggs and creating some fluffy chicks and bunnies. Children should also have lots of fun in the garden egg hunting. For our physical development part we will be learning to use tools for eating, art and craft activities and in everyday life.
The pre-school children will be exploring different textures through play with water, jelly, shaving form, pasta and others. School is near so children will be learnign to write their names, they will also be running, jumping, sliding and balancing.
Babies will be developing emotionaly this week. Easter cards won’t be missing either. We will be reading familiar stories and learning about the way we feel and make friends. This should be made easier by using soft toys and puppets that will be talking to children through out the week.
